Which plan has a free trial?
The $49/month Agent plan has a 30-day trial and shows $0 charged today. Agent Pro starts at $99/month at checkout. Team starts at $250/month at checkout, plus its $300 one-time setup fee. You see the exact amount before paying.
What does the $49 Agent plan include?
It includes the GoSolto app, contacts and deal pipelines, transaction-file and CDA workflows, the Knowledge Center, and broker training. Compare the added Pro and Team tools in the chart above.
How can I add an AI assistant?
Add Solto’s optional AI Employee service for calls, chats and follow-up. It is advertised at $97/month. Agent Studio and phone usage can have additional charges; Solto Support can help choose the tools and review the cost for your use case.
How can I use Claude or ChatGPT with Solto?
You can connect a supported AI assistant to your own Solto CRM account through secure sign-in and choose the access that fits your task. Tell Solto Support what you want it to do and the team can help you connect and test it. Your AI provider account has its own plan and limits.
How do I send matching listings to my buyers?
Set up a saved search and automatic listing emails in your MLS. Then use Solto to keep the buyer relationship, conversations and next steps organized. Solto Support can help you find the right setup.
Where do I put signed agreements and contracts?
Open the deal in Business Manager, add the signed file under Transaction Details, then select Update to save it. Upload it promptly so the compliance team has time to review the file and prepare your CDA.
Can Solto build my agent website?
Yes. Choose a custom website build through Solto Services. The team will scope your pages, branding, domain connection and any property-search features with you.
How does Team member pricing work?
The Team owner is included in the $250 monthly plan. Each additional team member is $79 per month. The Team plan also has a $300 one-time setup fee.
How much of my commission do I keep?
Solto’s brokerage plans let you keep 100% of your brokerage commission. Your current Solto Realty agreement explains any optional service, document or rush fees that apply to your transaction.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Plans are month-to-month. You can request a change or cancel under your current membership terms; review the effective date and amount in billing before you confirm.
How do I get help or suggest a feature?
Use Solto Support for a problem, account question or feature idea. Share the page or deal involved and what you want to happen; the team will route it to the right person.
Brokerage document, rush, and other fees are governed by your current Solto Realty agreement. Ask the broker team about a fee that applies to your transaction.
